Roxanne Francy - President

As President of Design Force, Roxanne provides leadership to more than 30 interior design professionals. Roxanne’s career success over the past two decades is a direct result of her passion and hands-on approach to the development, design and management of key projects, staff mentoring and corporate strategies for the firm. Over the last 24 years she has lead with the commitment to the philosophy of delivering a design process that is truly dedicated to customer service and exceeding client expectations. This has set Design Force apart from other firms, resulting in years of success and long standing relationships.

Roxanne’s professional studies include interior architecture and design with a focus on applied business strategy. Every phase of Design Force’s projects benefit from her breadth of knowledge and experience stemming from a career long focus on the hospitality industry. Her projects have been recognized in major publications and broadcasted on national television. Along with being a highly-respected leader in the industry, her expertise includes interior architecture, design and development planning for large scale convention hotels, luxury resorts, health & leisure, restaurants, adaptive re-use projects and historic restoration.
