Interior Design Drawing and Documentation

Various forms of technical graphics and detailed documentation are presented throughout the design process to communicate the designs that are specifically tailored to the requirements for each unique project. They include the following:

​Imagery and Ideation Graphic Presentations

Imagery and ideation graphic presentations are used in the initial phase of design to determine and project the overall mood and general aesthetic desired.

​Initial Layouts and Conceptual Sketches

Initial layouts and conceptual sketches are developed to communicate preliminary special relationships and architectural concepts

Graphic 3D Modeling & Renderings

Graphic 3D modeling and renderings are created throughout every phase of the design process. These graphics are extremely important to convey detailed visuals of the interior architectural design and materials for review prior to implementation.

Design Phase Graphic Presentations

Design phase graphic presentations are used to communicate the design progress throughout every phase of design. These electronic presentations include graphics, drawings, renderings and material boards.

FF&E Budgets

FF&E budgets are developed and maintained throughout every phase to communicate the costs of the design for Owner review and approval prior to moving into the next phase of design.

Interior DESIGN Drawings

Interior design drawings are developed and fully coordinated with all project trades to communicate the scope and design for implementation and construction.

INTERIOR FF&E SPECIFICATIONS

Interior FF&E specifications are documented with the highest level of detail to accurately communicate the information necessary for procurement.

​Expedited Services

Design Force offers a specialized studio offering expedited services. Studio Xpedited is a team of dedicated, experienced designers that focus on the select service segment of the hotel industry. Our lead designers in Studio Xpedited each have over 20+ years of experience in the industry, and have mastered the ability to provide creative, memorable and unique designs using cost effective design solutions. The team understands the critical importance of meeting tight schedules and established budgets.

​Studio Xpedited has long lasting, trusted relationships with all of the major brands, and understand each individual brands design review process. These established relationships and brand knowledge result in expedited review and swift project approvals. Studio Xpedited brings value, accountability, knowledge, and comfort throughout the entire process from design conception to project completion. Our project owners are able to rest assured that everything is being taken care of.

Design Force offers procurement as an optional service. Our in-house procurement process removes risk from our client and assigns accountability to us. Our procurement department is dedicated to creating efficiency, driving down cost, and maintaining quality and reliability.
