Englewood-based Stonebridge Companies has completed a new Denver/Cherry Creek venture to restore and revive a structure familiar to anyone who drives Colorado Boulevard, a major north/south traffic artery in metro Denver. For the newly flagged Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek, the multi-million dollar project goal was to completely gut and rebuild the eight-story former Cherry Creek Inn, and the finished product opened new doors for business on December 31, 2009. |
